This summer the interesting activity is quietly clustering a mile north, along Lake Hearn Drive, where a mixed-use apartment community is filling its ground floor faster than most residents have noticed.
That is the shift worth watching. Dresden is not fading. It is being joined. And behind the storefront churn, the piece of infrastructure that will eventually change how people move between all of these corridors just cleared its biggest funding hurdle in years.
